Insomnia is a condition in which people suffers from a lack of sleep. It is a common condition and equally affects the young as well as old. It also reduces the problem of insomnia. You should try for bedtime tea which is made from kava, valerian root, catnip, and chamomile. Take these Herbs in a right proportion. Make a habit to drink this calming concoction at your bed time. It will provide you a good sleep. Another remedy is associated with a drink which is prepared by roasting a pinch of cinnamon to black and then boil it in a glass full of water. Take this drink half an hour before going to bed. It is an effective drink which reduces the symptoms of insomnia.
You can also take the help of Aromatherapy to reduce the problem of insomnia. This therapy is becoming more and more popular these days. Make use of lavender and chamomile oils to promote a healthy sleep. Massage your body or at least your neck and shoulders with these oils to get a sound sleep.
